Warehouse Supervisor

Zippee is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor/Shift Incharge to manage Operations for our Warehouse in Kundli, Sonipat. Incredible opportunity to drive meaningful impact in Operations at a high-growth quick commerce startup. This is an in-person role at our Haryana FC. You must be based near Sonipat. Responsibilities: Plan and improve warehouse layout to make storage and product picking faster and more efficient. Create and improve processes for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching products to increase productivity and reduce order processing time. Have practical experience in FMCG warehouse operations and handling both B2B and B2C business requirements. Manage warehouse teams and plan manpower needs based on order volumes, product mix, and peak business periods. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain from a top institution; MBA highly preferred. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP. 3-6 years in WH Management or supply chain, with hands-on experience in process design, SLA adherence, and supply chain costs. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment and willingness to travel to execute projects on the ground.
