Job Description
Load Planning: Determine the quantity, distribution, and orientation of cargo to calculate aircraft load weights and center of gravity.
Crew Management: Direct ground crews in loading, unloading, securing, and staging baggage and cargo.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure shipments comply with aviation standards (e.g., IATA, BCAS).
Documentation: Verify cargo matches shipping manifests, manage inbound/outbound freight routing, and notify consignees of shipment arrivals.
Disruption Management: Track inbound/outbound flights and notify shippers or passengers of any shipment delays or handling issues
