Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all warehouse/godown activities related to pharmaceutical and medical products. Ensure proper receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of medicines and healthcare products. Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Oversee inward and outward material movement and ensure timely dispatches. Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain proper storage conditions for medicines and medical products. Lead, supervise, and manage warehouse staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance. Coordinate with procurement, sales, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth operations. Prepare inventory, stock movement, and operational reports for management. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of the warehouse premises. Minimize stock losses, damages, and expiry-related issues through effective monitoring. Required Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities.
