Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Executive
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Experience Required: 1+ Years
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock movement activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse management, good knowledge of Excel, and familiarity with ERP/Warehouse Management Software.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inward and outward stock movement.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery challans, and dispatch documents.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
Update inventory data in ERP/Warehouse Management Software.
Generate and maintain reports using MS Excel.
Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification.
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse/store operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Management, Basic Formulas).
Knowledge of ERP Software/Warehouse Management Systems.
Good analytical and record-keeping skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in inventory management and stock auditing.
Knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes.
Familiarity with Odoo, SAP, Tally, or similar ERP software.
