Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Warehouse Executive for handling inbound shipments and inventory receiving operations in an E-commerce warehouse environment. The candidate will be responsible for verifying incoming goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, conducting quality checks, and maintaining proper storage practices in line with warehouse standards. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments from vendors, suppliers, and delivery partners. Unload delivery trucks and verify items against: Purchase Orders (PO) Invoices Delivery Challans Shipment Documents Conduct quantity and quality inspections for received goods. Identify damaged, expired, or missing products and report discrepancies immediately. Update received inventory in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems. Ensure accurate inventory logging and documentation. Follow FIFO (First In First Out) / FEFO inventory practices. Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and procurement teams regarding stock discrepancies. Maintain cleanliness and organization in receiving and storage areas. Handle barcode scanning, labeling, and put-away activities. Support stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation activities. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational procedures. Required Skills Knowledge of warehouse receiving and inventory processes. Experience in shipment verification and stock handling. Understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations. Familiarity with FIFO / FEFO methods. Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP tools. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle physical inventory and warehouse activities. Strong communication and coordination skills. Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills
