Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure adherence to Good Storage Practices (GSP) and regulatory guidelines for storing pharmaceutical products. Conduct quality checks to maintain the integrity, safety, and compliance of stored products. Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage conditions are maintained for all inventory. Warehouse Organization and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment. Implement and follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of personnel. Organize storage space effectively to maximize efficiency and accessibility of products. Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to coordinate timely deliveries and manage stock levels. Communicate with transport companies and suppliers to facilitate smooth inbound and outbound logistics. Address and resolve any issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies, or quality concerns. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse activities, including receipts, shipments, and inventory adjustments. Generate regular reports on stock status, order fulfilment, and warehouse efficiency.
