🏢 Role Overview
We are hiring Pickers & Loaders (Non-Large Items) for our Flipkart warehouse operations. The role involves handling small to medium-sized packages, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining efficiency in the warehouse.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Picking Orders: Accurately pick items from shelves as per order requirements.
Loading Packages: Safely load picked items onto trolleys or dispatch areas.
Inventory Handling: Assist in maintaining stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
Quality Check: Ensure items are damage-free and correctly packed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and fellow associates to meet daily targets.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.
Physically fit and able to lift small to medium packages.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations preferred.
