Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a precise and driven Logistics Executive to manage our daily supply chain operations. You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end shipments, managing carrier relationships, and ensuring seamless distribution. Core Responsibilities Operations: Coordinate daily inbound/outbound shipments and prepare all necessary transport documentation. Vendor Management: Liaise with freight forwarders and carriers to secure competitive rates and timely pickups. Tracking: Monitor shipments in real-time and proactively resolve any transit delays or issues. Inventory: Maintain accurate stock records and reconcile inventory within the management system. Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities meet regulatory and safety standards. Requirements Experience: 0 - 2 years in logistics or supply chain management. Expertise: Strong understanding of shipping documentation and freight operations. Communication: Ability to negotiate effectively and communicate clearly across departments. Problem Solving: High capacity for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Tech: Proficiency in standard ERP systems and office software.
