We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Logistics Manager – Cold Chain to join our growing healthcare logistics team. If you have hands-on experience in managing biological samples, temperature-sensitive shipments, healthcare logistics operations, and client management, we would like to connect with you. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: ✔ Manage end-to-end cold chain logistics operations ✔ Handle biological sample shipments with proper compliance and coordination ✔ Manage domestic & international healthcare shipments ✔ Coordinate with hospitals, diagnostics, vendors, and clients ✔ Handle client escalations and ensure smooth operations ✔ Build strong client relationships and maintain service quality ✔ Support business development activities and generate new opportunities ✔ Ensure timely deliveries, tracking, reporting, and process management 🔹 Mandatory Requirements: ✅ Experience in Healthcare / Biological Sample Logistics is mandatory ✅ Strong communication and client management skills ✅ Experience in cold chain and temperature-controlled logistics ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced and multitasking environment ✅ Business development exposure will be an added advantage ✅ Strong ownership and problem-solving skills 🔹 Preferred Background: Candidates from healthcare logistics and biological shipment companies will be preferred.
