Job Description – Logistics Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage 3PL partners and logistics operations.
• Handle vendor management and courier coordination.
• Monitor and reduce RTO & RTV.
• Ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
• Optimize logistics cost and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with warehouse, customer support, and marketplace teams.
• Track logistics KPIs and resolve shipment escalations.
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of experience in logistics/supply chain.
• Strong experience in 3PL, vendor management, RTO & RTV handling.
• Experience in D2C/Marketplace operations preferred.
• Good analytical and coordination skills.
• Startup experience is a plus.
