Logistics Back-End Executive (Import-Export) Salary: Rs.20,000/- to Rs.25,000/-In-hand per month). (CTC- 3,00,348 LPA- 3,61,788 LPA). (Depending on your Interview, Skills, Knowledge and/or Experience We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Back-End Executive to support our Purchase, Supply Chain, and Import-Export operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining logistics documentation, communicating with vendors and logistics partners, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day supply chain activities. Key Responsibilities: Support purchase and logistics operations related to domestic and international shipments. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, freight forwarders, and courier companies. Prepare, maintain, and verify shipping and import-export documentation. Track shipments and ensure timely updates on delivery status. Maintain accurate records, files, and logistics reports. Assist in monitoring supply chain processes and resolving operational issues. Prepare periodic reports using MS Excel and provide updates to management. Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good documentation and record-management abilities. Knowledge of international shipping documentation and INCOTERMS. Proficiency in MS Excel / Advanced Excel. Attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Eligibility: Graduate in BBA, BBM, B.Com, BA, or any relevant degree (excluding IT and Science streams). Freshers and candidates with relevant logistics, supply chain, or import-export experience are encouraged to apply.
