Import Export Freight Forwarding Executive

We are looking for a Import Export Freight Forwarding Executive to join our team at at Bombay Freight Private .ltd. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹40000 - ₹45000 and opportunities to grow in your career. The G-Card Customs Clearance Executive is responsible for handling customs clearance activities for import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, timely documentation processing, and coordination with customs authorities, clients, shipping lines, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare, verify, and submit import/export documentation as per customs regulations. Coordinate with customs authorities for cargo examination, assessment, and clearance. File Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, and other customs-related documents. Ensure compliance with customs laws, trade regulations, and company policies. Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, shipping lines, airlines, and port authorities. Track shipment status and provide regular updates to clients and management. Resolve customs-related issues, delays, or discrepancies. Maintain records of customs transactions and clearance documentation. Monitor duty payments, exemptions, and applicable regulatory requirements. Support audits and ensure proper documentation retention. Required Qualifications Valid G-Card issued by Customs Authorities. Graduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field preferred. Knowledge of customs procedures, import/export regulations, and trade compliance. Familiarity with customs EDI systems and clearance software. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple shipments.
