Fleet Manager

We are looking for a fleet manager to join our team at Carrum mobility solution. This role involves managing drivers, vehicles and reports in a company. Key Responsibilities: who report daily basis supervise schedule and monitor Periodic Maintenance Services (PMS) for the entire fleet Coordinate with authorized Maruti dealerships and local garages Oversee safety training of material handlers with handling/transporting of hazardous materials. Identify and dispatch quality goods. for vehicle servicing and repairs Maintain accurate records of each vehicle including PUC, tyre condition, battery history, insurance, and fitness Oversee tyre and battery management, including tracking lifespan and ensuring timely replacements Conduct daily vehicle inspection reports and escalate any issues for immediate action Liaise with workshops for repair estimates, approvals, and coordination of vehicle release Regularly update fleet tracking systems or Excel sheets with maintenance Ensure that all receipts are processed timely. Data Share daily, weekly, and monthly fleet maintenance reports with relevant stakeholders Job Requirements: The minimum Experience Range is 2-3 years. Strong mechanic skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.
