Final Inspection Executive

Key Responsibilities Perform final inspection of CR, HR, GI, GP, and MS sheets before dispatch. Verify dimensions, thickness, width, length, weight, and tolerances as per customer requirements. Check surface quality for dents, scratches, rust, cracks, coating defects, and other visual defects. Review material test certificates (MTC), inspection reports, and quality records. Ensure proper identification, labeling, and traceability of finished material. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Thickness Gauge, and Measuring Tape. Verify packaging, bundle marking, and dispatch readiness before shipment. Prepare final inspection reports and maintain inspection records. Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and QA teams for corrective actions on non-conforming material. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer quality requirements. Required Skills Knowledge of steel sheet inspection (CR/HR/GI/GP/MS). Ability to read drawings, specifications, and inspection standards. Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality documentation. Understanding of surface defects, dimensional checks, and material identification. Good communication and reporting skills.
