Job Description
Organizes daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.Assigns staff to specific workstations and ensures raw materials and equipment are available to minimize downtime.Monitors manufacturing workflows, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks to boost productivity.Verifies that production output meets strict company specifications and industry standards.Addresses process malfunctions or equipment errors immediately to reduce waste and prevent defective products.Monitors inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, reporting shortages to purchasing and logistics.
