Job Description
Prepare and send export quotations to clients
Handle export shipment planning and documentation
Good knowledge of FOB, CIF and export procedures is
essential
Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agencies
Market company products through emails and calls
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up with clients and manage payment reminders
Prepare invoices and documentation in Tally
Knowledge of COA, E-way bill and bill lodgement required
Handle EEFC account reconciliation
