Job Description
हमारी कंपनी (Sehrawat Brothers, बाकरवाला) में फैक्ट्री से तैयार माल को चेक करने, पैक करवाने और उसे सही समय पर डिस्पैच (Dispatch) करने के लिए एक जिम्मेदार Dispatch Executive की आवश्यकता है।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities):
माल की चेकिंग और पैकेजिंग: ऑर्डर्स के हिसाब से तैयार माल (वाल पैनल, डोर्स आदि) को पूरी तरह चेक करना कि सब सही है या नहीं, और उसे सुरक्षित पैक करवाना।
डिस्पैच मैनेजमेंट (Dispatch): पैक हुए सामान को गाड़ियों में चालान/बिल के साथ सही तरीके से लोड करवाना और ग्राहकों या ट्रांसपोर्ट तक सही सलामत भिजवाना।
रिकॉर्ड और फाइलिंग: रोजाना कौन सा सामान किस गाड़ी से कहाँ डिस्पैच हुआ है, उसके बिल, रसीदों और इन्वेंट्री का पूरा रिकॉर्ड संभालकर रखना।
उम्मीदवार के लिए आवश्यकताएं (Requirements):
फैक्ट्री या वेयरहाउस में माल डिस्पैच और लोडिंग-अनलोडिंग मैनेज करने का कम से कम 1 साल का अनुभव होना चाहिए।
गिनती और कागजी काम (चालान/बिल देखना) में समझदार होना चाहिए ताकि गलत सामान न जाए।
जिम्मेदारी से काम संभालने और टीम (हेल्पर्स) से काम करवाने का हुनर होना चाहिए।
