Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival Escort guests to their tables and present menus Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and specials Ensure timely serving of food and beverages as per fine-dining standards Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue Ensure adherence to restaurant SOPs and service protocols Required Skills & Qualifications: Good communication and interpersonal skills Presentable personality with a positive attitude Basic knowledge of food & beverage service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Customer-centric approach with attention to detail Team player with a willingness to learn Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
