Counter Operations 1 Manage The Chaat Counter During Working Hours. 2 Set-up The Counter Before Service and Close it Properly After Service. 3 Handle Peak Time Service Efficiently with Speed and Accuracy. 4 Maintain a Positive and Calm Demeanor During Busy Periods 5 Ensure the Counter and Dining Areas are Kept Clean and Organized. 6 Greet Customers in a Friendly and Welcoming Manner. 7 Follow Opening and Closing Checklist for the Counter. Customer Service 1 Take Customer Orders Politely and Serve Promptly. 2 Handle Customer Requests and Complaints Courteously.
