Job Description
Supervise stewarding and cleaning activities during shift
Guide and train junior stewards on hygiene and SOP standards
Ensure proper garbage disposal and pest-free environment
Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operations during rush hours
Check availability of cleaning chemicals, tissues, disposables, and utility stock
Ensure opening and closing cleaning checklists are completed properly
Maintain discipline, grooming, and hygiene standards in the team
