Job Summary:
The Steward is responsible for providing excellent guest service by ensuring cleanliness, proper table setup, prompt food and beverage service support, and maintaining hygiene standards in dining and service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service
Welcome guests courteously and assist them with seating arrangements.
Present menus and provide basic information about food and beverage offerings.
Serve food and beverages as per established service standards.
Attend to guest requests promptly and professionally.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
