Subway Team Member Roles & Responsibilities
Greet customers and take orders politely.
Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and salads as per customer requirements.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Refill ingredients and ensure the food counter is stocked.
Operate the billing/POS system and handle payments.
Keep the dining area, kitchen, and workstations clean.
Follow opening and closing procedures.
Assist with inventory checks and stock management.
Work as a team to provide fast and friendly customer service.
Follow company policies and supervisor instructions.
