Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in managing restaurant operations, staff supervision, customer service excellence, inventory control, and cost management. The candidate must be capable of ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining high standards of service and profitability. Manage Daily Operations – Oversee restaurant activities to ensure smooth service, food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards. Lead and Supervise Staff – Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate employees while maintaining a productive work environment. Ensure Customer Satisfaction – Deliver excellent guest experiences by addressing customer concerns and maintaining high service standards. Control Costs and Performance – Monitor sales, manage budgets, control food and labor costs, and work to achieve revenue targets. Manage Inventory and Compliance – Maintain stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policies.
