📍 Location: Hoskote 🍗 Restaurant: Madras Grills We are looking for a responsible and active Restaurant Operations Manager to handle daily restaurant operations. ✅ Responsibilities: • Managing kitchen operations and chef • Managing workers and daily staff activities • Handling vendors and material purchases • Arranging groceries, chicken, charcoal and other required items • Taking customer orders and ensuring good service • Treating guests politely and maintaining customer satisfaction • Monitoring cleanliness and discipline in restaurant • Managing inventory and stock usage • Sending daily sales and cash reports • Handling online and offline orders • Supporting business growth and increasing sales • Solving day-to-day operational issues ✅ Requirements: • Experience in hotel / restaurant field preferred • Basic leadership and communication skills • Honest and responsible person • Ability to manage staff and customers properly • Should be active and serious about work 💰 Salary: Fixed salary + performance incentives based on sales. 📞 Contact: 7795765239
