We currently operate 3 outlets in Pune and are expanding further. Our focus is on: Consistency Cleanliness Speed Discipline Strong operational systems About the Role We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at one of our outlets. This is a discipline-driven leadership role focused on smooth execution, cleanliness, team control, and operational stability. This role does not involve sales targets, pricing decisions, or business strategy. It is focused on maintaining high standards consistently. Key Responsibilities Ensure smooth daily outlet operations Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times Manage and deploy team members effectively per shift Handle peak rush hours with calm supervision (not by filling stations) Ensure accuracy of daily reports, wastage entries, attendance, and closing processes Take ownership of guest escalations and resolve issues promptly Prevent repeat operational issues Escalate structural problems to senior management in a timely manner Train and develop Shift Leads and frontline team members What We Expect Minimum 2–3 years experience as Restaurant Manager / Outlet Manager in QSR or high-volume restaurant Experience handling team of 20+ members Strong control over hygiene, discipline, and SOP execution Ability to remain calm during peak rush Zero-excuse mindset Strong accountability and follow-up ability Comfortable with daily operational reporting systems Salary Range ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Focuses on control and discipline Believes in systems over heroics Can maintain standards without constant supervision Is comfortable being accountable for daily outlet stability Can Contact on - 8070080794
