Job Description
Assist the momo maker in preparing veg and non-veg momos
Help in dough preparation, filling, folding, and steaming momos
Cut vegetables and prepare ingredients for daily use
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area
Wash utensils and keep cooking equipment clean
Pack food orders properly for dine-in and takeaway customers
Support stall setup and closing activities
Refill stock items and inform seniors about shortages
Follow food safety and quality standards
Assist other kitchen staff whenever required
