Kitchen Helper

We are looking for a Kitchen Helper to join our team at Impact Infotech Private Limited to provide excellent dining service to the guests. In this role, you will take orders, serve food and beverages as requested and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 and a friendly work environment. Key Responsibilities: Dishwashing & Sanitation: Operate industrial dishwashers, thoroughly hand-wash large pots and pans, and sterilize all food preparation surfaces, floors, and walls. [1, 2, 3] Equipment Maintenance: Organize and store clean utensils, cookware, and dishware in their proper locations. Monitor and report any broken, chipped, or damaged items. [1, 2] Waste Management: Collect, sort, and dispose of kitchen trash and recyclables in compliance with local health and environmental policies. [1, 2] Inventory & Supplies: Assist with receiving food and supply deliveries, storing them properly, and monitoring cleaning chemical levels to report shortages. [1, 2] Chef Support: Assist kitchen and wait staff during busy service hours by keeping stations clean and preparing the layout for events or buffet Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 1 years of experience. They must have good communication skills, basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude.
