Kitchen Crew / Team Member Company: Beamer Brands Brand: Biggies Burger Department: Operations Designation: Kitchen Crew / Team Member Reporting To: Store Manager / Shift Manager Job Summary The Kitchen Crew / Team Member is responsible for preparing food items as per brand standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, ensuring food quality, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires teamwork, discipline, and adherence to food safety standards. Key Responsibilities Food Preparation Prepare burgers, fries, beverages, and other menu items as per SOPs. Ensure food is prepared and served according to quality standards. Follow portion control and presentation guidelines. Kitchen Operations Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas. Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials. Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages. Food Safety & Hygiene Follow all food safety and hygiene standards. Maintain personal grooming and cleanliness at all times. Ensure compliance with company and statutory health regulations. Customer Service Assist customers in a courteous and professional manner. Handle customer requests and concerns promptly. Support order preparation and timely delivery. Teamwork Work collaboratively with team members during shifts. Support store operations during peak hours. Follow instructions from Store Manager and Shift Manager Key Responsibilities: Greet guests and assist them in seating. Take accurate/correct food and beverage orders. Serve dishes in a timely and courteous manner. Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas. Respond to guest queries or requests. Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service. Set up and clear tables for guests. Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 4 years of experience. They must have good communication skills, basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude.
