A Dining Ambassador is responsible for providing excellent guest service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, assisting guests with seating, taking orders when required, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist guests with seating arrangements and table allocation.
Explain menu items, promotions, and special offers.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
