Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the outlet.
Handle billing, cash, and payment transactions accurately.
Prepare and serve products as per company standards.
Support inventory management and stock handling.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
Resolve customer queries and escalate concerns when required.
