Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process billing/POS transactions.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages as per company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining, kitchen, and work areas.
• Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed.
• Support kitchen and service operations during rush hours.
• Refill stock items and maintain inventory at the workstation.
• Handle customer queries and complaints politely.
• Follow grooming, uniform, and attendance standards.
• Work as a team player to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
