Job Description: Senior Videographer (UGC Ads) Thumb Stoppers | Mumbai (Western Mumbai Preferred) About Thumb Stoppers Thumb Stoppers is a UGC Video Ads Production Agency specializing in high-performing, Instagram-native UGC style ads for D2C and e-commerce brands. We create fast-paced, performance-driven creatives designed specifically for Meta & Instagram platforms, helping brands scale through compelling video content. Position: Senior Videographer (UGC Ads) Location: Mumbai (Western Mumbai Preferred) Work Type: Full-Time | On-field + Studio Shoots Role Overview We are looking for a highly energetic, disciplined, and execution-focused Senior Videographer who can independently lead shoots end-to-end from understanding scripts and storyboards to ensuring smooth production execution on shoot days. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced production environments, takes ownership, and can consistently deliver high-quality shoot outputs. Key Responsibilities - On Shoot Days Lead shoot execution based on approved scripts and storyboards Ensure all planned shots are captured efficiently within deadlines Handle camera setup, framing, shot composition, and movement Direct and guide actors/UGC creators as per script requirements Set up lighting and manage basic production equipment Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth production flow Ensure raw footage is sharp, stable, properly lit, and editor-ready Required Experience & Skills 2–5 years of videography/production experience (Freshers with exceptional passion and strong practical skills may also apply) Basic to strong understanding of UGC ad formats and performance-driven content Good knowledge of: Lighting Framing Camera movement Storytelling Ability to work under pressure and deliver quickly Strong communication skills, especially while managing actors and locations Highly disciplined, hardworking, and execution-driven mindset Preferred Background Candidates with prior experience in any of the following will have an advantage: UGC content shoots Reel production Agency video shoots D2C product shoots Salary & Incentives ₹50,000/month (In-hand) Up to ₹50,000–₹55,000/month for the right candidate based on skills and experience Working Days & Timings Monday to Saturday Standard Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Shoot timings may vary depending on production schedules Occasional Sunday shoots may be required (Comp-off provided the following week) Performance Evaluation / KPIs Performance will be assessed based on: Shoot quality Execution speed Discipline & consistency Ownership and responsibility Ability to deliver required outputs as per script
