Job Description We are looking for a creative Video Editor with design skills who can produce high-quality visual content for real estate marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Edit and produce high-quality videos for property listings, reels, and promotional campaigns Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Design thumbnails, banners, and marketing creatives Add effects, transitions, text overlays, and music to enhance videos Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts Ensure timely delivery of projects Required Skills Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) Basic to advanced knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) Strong creativity and visual storytelling skills Understanding of social media trends and content formats Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects Preferred Qualifications Experience in real estate content creation (preferred but not mandatory) Knowledge of motion graphics and animations is a plus
