As we aggressively scale our digital and social media presence, we are looking for a highly creative Video Editor & Content Creator who can turn traditional culinary art into premium, mouth-watering digital content. Role Overview As our Video Editor, your primary playground will be Instagram, Meta Ads, and YouTube. You won’t just be cutting raw footage; you will be establishing the visual rhythm, mood, and aesthetic of our brand. You will take raw clips of dripping syrups, rich textures, and festive celebrations, and transform them into engaging Reels, high-converting ads, and stunning brand stories. Location: Mumbai (On-site/Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–2 years in video editing (Agency or food brand experience is a big plus) Key Responsibilities 1. Visual Storytelling & Aesthetics Edit high-definition, professional "food catalog" style videos highlighting the texture, freshness, and premium quality of our products. Craft thumb-stopping short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form brand stories. Maintain a premium yet highly relatable visual language that appeals to both traditional sweet lovers and younger, modern audiences. 2. Campaign & Ad Optimization Edit high-performance video creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Master the art of the "First 3 Seconds Hook" to maximize viewer retention and click-through rates. Incorporate seamless text overlays, trending transitions, and perfectly timed audio cues. 3. Post-Production & Sound Design Execute flawless color correction and grading to give food items a vibrant, appetizing, and ultra-premium look. Handle sound design, choosing energetic background tracks, mixing voiceovers, and syncing audio perfectly to visual beats. Skills & Qualifications Technical Arsenal: 1–2 years of hands-on experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Wondershare Filmora. The Food Factor: A strong eye for food videography pacing, close-up micro shots, and texturing. Cultural Pulse: Familiarity with Hinglish pop-culture, internet trends, and social media formats to help frame engaging hooks and captions. AI Tools Savvy: Experience working with modern AI audio/video tools (e.g., ElevenLabs for voiceovers) is highly desirable. Portfolio Requirement: A strong showreel or portfolio demonstrating food edits, commercial work, or high-engagement social media reels is mandatory.
