Job Summary We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, editing, and animating high-quality visual content for our marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and client projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to bring static designs to life. Key Responsibilities Video Editing: Assemble, trim, and edit raw footage into a seamless, high-quality final video product. Motion Graphics: Create engaging 2D/3D animations, text overlays, intros, outros, and custom transitions. Audio Engineering: Select, edit, and sync background music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance the video's impact. Color Grading: Perform professional color correction and color grading to ensure visual consistency. Collaboration: Brainstorm with content creators, copywriters, and marketers to develop innovative video concepts. Platform Optimization: Deliver videos optimized for various formats and aspect ratios (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Required Skills & Qualifications Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Design Tools: Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to manipulate assets. Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Video Editor and Motion Designer. Portfolio: A compelling showreel or portfolio demonstrating exceptional editing and animation skills. Creativity: Deep understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and modern design trends. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
