The ideal candidate should have strong creative vision, advanced editing skills, and experience in handling podcast videos, multi-camera setups, reels, shorts, and social media content. The candidate must be capable of delivering high-quality, engaging, and audience-focused content with proper storytelling, pacing, sound design, transitions, subtitles, and platform optimization. Key Responsibilities Editing professional podcast videos for YouTube and social media platforms Handling multi-camera podcast editing and synchronization Creating engaging reels, shorts, teasers, and promotional clips Adding subtitles, captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and transitions Color correction and basic color grading Audio cleanup, balancing, and enhancement Maintaining proper storytelling flow and viewer retention Creating YouTube-friendly edits with strong hooks and pacing Managing project timelines and meeting strict deadlines Coordinating with content creators, production team, and social media team Organizing raw footage and maintaining editing project files Optimizing content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms Required Skills Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro Good knowledge of After Effects Understanding of podcast editing workflow Experience in multi-cam editing Knowledge of YouTube content trends and retention editing Creative understanding of pacing, cuts, and engagement techniques Audio syncing and enhancement skills Motion graphics and subtitle editing experience Fast turnaround capability Strong attention to detail
