Job Description
1. Develop personalized workout plans tailored to clients’ fitness goals, aiming for client satisfaction.
2. Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and the safe use of gym equipment.
3. Conduct regular assessments and adjust training programs.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workout environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to support gym membership growth.
6. Provide expert instruction on exercise techniques, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving referrals
to achieve a monthly referral target.
7. Monitor and motivate clients during sessions, with a goal of upselling clients to premium training
packages.
