Job Title: Voice Process Executive (Customer Support)
Job Description: We are hiring Voice Process Executives to handle outbound calls, assist customers, and provide support regarding products/services. The candidate should have good communication skills and customer handling ability.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries and provide correct information
Maintain call quality and follow company process
Update customer details in system/CRM
Achieve daily/weekly targets (if applicable)
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Telugu/ Malayalam (as required)
Basic computer knowledge
