Job Title: International Voice Analyst (US Voice Process)
Location : IT Park Chandigarh
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹23,100 CTC (including night shift allowance)
Holiday Pay: Double pay on National Holidays + compensatory off
Transport: Subsidized company cab/bus (optional deduction)
Leave: 24 paid leaves + 11 holidays + 2 weekly offs
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Actively listen to customers and ask relevant probing questions to understand their needs and concerns.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions while identifying upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
