Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell insurance products.
· Explain insurance product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to interested customers.
· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance.
· Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the system/database.
· Adhere to company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines.
