Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate leads, communicate with potential clients, explain company services, and convert inquiries into business opportunities. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in handling customers, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Calling
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle inbound inquiries from website, WhatsApp, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Generate qualified leads for company services.
Maintain regular follow-up with interested prospects.
Sales & Conversion
Explain company services clearly to clients.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
Convert leads into sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Resolve customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain client database and call records.
Update CRM or Excel sheets regularly.
Prepare daily call and lead reports.
Track lead status and conversion progress.
Market Awareness
Understand competitor offerings and market trends.
Share customer feedback and market insights with management.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Good Hindi and basic English speaking ability.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer objections.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Email, WhatsApp).
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Qualification
Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience
Fresher or 1–3 years experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or sales.
