Telesales Executive

Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Insurance Telesales Executives to promote and sell insurance products over calls. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, explaining policy benefits, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers Explain insurance products, plans, and policy benefits Generate leads and convert them into sales Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans Follow up with interested customers and close sales Maintain customer database and update CRM records Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Handle customer queries professionally Eligibility: PUC / Graduate candidates can apply Freshers & Experienced candidates are eligible Prior telesales / insurance sales experience is an added advantage Good communication and convincing skills required Required Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills Sales and target-oriented mindset Customer handling ability Basic computer knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
