Ltd. is looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves promoting and selling Personal Loan and Overdraft products to potential customers through outbound calls. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain Personal Loan and Overdraft products to customers. Generate and qualify leads through telecalling. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable financial solutions. Follow up with interested customers and close sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Eligibility Criteria Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate preferred. Good communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Experience in telesales, telecalling, banking, insurance, or loan sales will be an added advantage.
