Telesales Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining health insurance products, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities: • Call prospective clients and generate sales opportunities. • Explain health insurance policies, features, and benefits in detail. • Address customer queries and concerns effectively. • Ensure smooth policy issuance and assist in payment collection. • Build and maintain strong client relationships for future cross-selling opportunities. Requirements: • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Graduate and undergraduate candidates are eligible. • Strong sales and negotiation skills. • Minimum 6 months of on-paper experience in sales or client-facing roles. • Ability to handle objections and close deals independently. • Confident and presentable in customer interactions.
