Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Byr Insurance Brokers Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15,642 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities: 🔹Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or cold leads. 🔹Explain the features, benefits, and terms of health insurance plans clearly and persuasively. 🔹Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products. 🔹Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline. 🔹Handle customer objections and queries professionally. 🔹Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. 🔹Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools. 🔹Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and industry trends. 🔹Ensure all calls comply with regulatory standards and company policies. Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
