Job description Job Overview We are looking for dedicated and disciplined Tele-Callers to join our growing team. This is not a sales role. The position focuses on data-driven calling to support the sales pipeline by validating and organising customer information. Key Responsibilities Make 100+ structured outbound calls per day Segregate, validate, and categorise data based on predefined criteria Identify and transfer qualified leads to the sales team Maintain accurate call logs, data records, and daily reports Follow established calling scripts and data processes consistently Required Skills & Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills High level of discipline and consistency in daily calling activities Ability to understand and follow structured data processes Basic computer knowledge and comfort with call logging systems Prior tele-calling experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome Why Join Us?
