The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospective clients, and assisting the sales team in achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company projects and services. • Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information. • Follow up with interested leads and schedule site visits. • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. • Build and maintain good relationships with clients. • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion. • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Requirements • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, preferably in Real Estate. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. • Ability to handle customer queries effectively. • Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
