Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager cum Customer Associate who will be responsible for B2B tele-calling sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and customer retention. The role demands good communication skills, persistence, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound B2B calls to generate and convert leads
Acquire new clients and achieve sales targets
Maintain proper follow-up data and CRM records
Provide client support and ensure retention
Handle queries, build relationships, and upsell services
Requirements:
