We are looking for a Tele calling to join our team In to recruitment & hiring related calls Ecom Hiring . With a collaborative environment of Clients to there hiring & and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹17,000 - ₹25,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily Targets & calls they do.
expain the Job roles to candidates & Conduct interview on daily Basis
Follow up with clients & take daily Selection Updates & joining .
Ensure Daily Selection & joining to maintain daily , weekly , Monthly targets to be Achived .
Generate reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making processes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
