Job Description – Telecaller Position Details Role: Telecaller Industry: Banking Department: Collections Location: Noida Process Type: DRA / Non-DRA Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) & Above Experience: Fresher / Experienced Both Can Apply Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (As per experience and process) Open Positions 20 Openings – Immediate Joining – Both Fresher & Experienced – ₹12K–15K – Non-DRA 30 Openings – Immediate Joining – CS Experience Required – ₹15K–18K – Non-DRA 40 Openings – Immediate Joining – Both Fresher & Experienced – ₹16K–20K – DRA Roles & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments, EMI reminders, and collection follow-ups. Handle customer queries professionally and provide suitable resolutions. Maintain proper call records and update customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and commitment tracking. Achieve daily and monthly collection targets assigned by the management. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication. Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required. Ensure compliance with company policies, collection guidelines, and legal regulations. Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction during all interactions. Mandatory Skills Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets. Good listening and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Prior experience in telecalling, collections, customer service, or sales. Knowledge of banking or collection processes. Ability to manage difficult customer conversations professionally. Experience using CRM or calling software. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) / Graduate Fresher and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates with customer service or collection experience will be preferred for higher salary brackets.
